Christopher Nolan's directive was clear to everyone in the cast and crew: Use CGI only as a last resort.

Me too. At a fucking ARENA, no less.

Now, my love for Oasis is unashamed and not at all nostalgic... I've continually enjoyed them since Definitely Maybe.... but a fucking ARENA? Seriously? That many people enjoy Oasis? Who the fuck likes Oasis?

Anyway.. should be a good show.
Maybe every day is Saturday morning.

haha i thought i'd be the only fan 'round here.  my likings stem from my brother being a fan when i was younger.  i saw them at the hollywood bowl three years ago and hung out with a big friendly group of Brits who sat in our section, arms around each other, fists in the air and all.  i think it's them who sell out the big arenas.

at least our coming out is less shameful then some of the b.s. now playings in this thread.

I don't. Fuck Ryan Adams too. Seriously.

I have no need to defend them. Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory defend their credibility well enough. Seminal albums, kids. And...

one of the things this thread has made me realize is how shitty most contemporary album covers are, especially on a lot of these modern indie rock bullshit releases. it's like every graphic designer is trying so hard to be original and iconic and the results are just hideous.

i'm now playing,

RegularKarate

I have that one on vinyl... talk about a shit cover

Stefen

Covers mean little to me since I download all my music and never see most covers anyways.

Just downloaded this.

Unfortunately, I got a pretty big stack of unlistened albums on my harddrive. May not be able to listen to it for awhile.
