i'm listening to:

Messer Chups - Bride of the Atom

they're this russian, psychedelic retro pop band. they're kind of ridiculous but worth a listen if you like updated 50s sci-fi music. heard about them from this radio show i used to listen to when i lived in boston called "the intercontinental." all kinds of world pop, lots of cool retro stuff. he uses the messer chups cover of frank sinatra's "the world we knew" as the theme song, so...
