u2

U2 is still a thing?  Really?

I enjoy U2, but not on a level like some people i've come across. But, i am at the point now where i am excited at the fact that i just got this, i have never been excited to listen to the new U2 album...weird...Well, i guess that says something about where i am at with music, exhausted.  So, we'll see if it is indeed still a thing.

Unlike his last album there are actually more than three tracks i really like on the album.

I can relate to this and am really excited now.

I've seen him live twice, and he does amazing, really fun shows.  He really is a lot like Animal Collective that way.  I have a handful of favorite Animal Collective songs on the CD's, but when I see them live and they blend it all together, it's a beautiful experience.

Christopher Nolan's directive was clear to everyone in the cast and crew: Use CGI only as a last resort.

A Hard Days Night? Um, yeah -- I've had it for weeks.

It's new shit from Yo La Tengo, but they're regressing and pretending they're a surf/garage rock band. It's fun, but I can see myself tiring of it quickly. Maybe it's a grower, but I've only had one listen so far.

I'd rather have new real Yo La Tengo   :yabbse-undecided:

I can't get into that noise stuff. I like some of it like some Merzbow and Sunn O))), but for the most part, I can't get into it.

I've heard the first two tracks on It's Blitz and liked them a lot. Way different than anything they've done before. It almost sounds 80's ish. Can't wait to listen to the rest.
