yeah, Off the Wall, is great.

Thriller, while containing one of the best pop songs of all time (Billie Jean), is really full of fluff (or at least I can't even listen to all of it).

I haven't really heard Bad other than singles, but upon recently revisiting those tracks via imeem, I see that is when he started all the really annoying "shum-on" "gotta gitchow" "heeHEE" that South Park recreated so well in their farce of him.



50 years...I especially love the Apartment Tapes (which Juno took Dearest from).

I'm still on a Yoni Wolf kick. The guy has the most creative lyrics in music right now.



Why? Elephant Eye Lash.

I don't know Yoni comes up with half the stuff he writes. The guys a genius. His lyrics put most MC's to shame.

This one is still in pretty heavy rotation for me.

this is so bizarre. i haven't heard about anybody listening to digable planets in like 10 years and last night i caught it on my friend's computer and laughed and started to play it, now there are two posts here about them! why do things like this always seem to happen at the same time?! it's crazy!

to add to all these digable coincidences, my band is playing this festival called wakarusa this summer and i just found out.....Digable planets are playing too! somehow i feel macguffin is responsible for all of this.
