Naw, it's just years ago, you made a comment which I can't remember that made me think you were black. For years I've been picturing you as being black, and I never questioned it, but today I was like "Oh crap, maybe he's not black"

But you are, so I was right.

Yeah, it's overrated, but it's alot better than the record YOU posted. How you gonna knock a record, then post a worse one?

That's like knocking Sundance, then going and starting a Ratner Fest.

Primal Scream - Vanishing Point

As far as great soundtracks go (and I am talking about ones that can withstand a listen on their own, unattached from their respective films) this short 11-track score does not disappoint. One thing to note is that this is not the actual score for Vanishing Point. The band took it upon themselves to record this album 'inspired' by the film. If you're familiar with Vanishing Point or not, the album remains a great listen anyway. A merge of electronic ambiance, psychedelic rock, tribal, and the right pop sound to keep you listening.

Human After All

I recently heard an album by Vitalic called OK Cowboy, it should have been Daft Punk's third album opposed to that shambolic Human After All.

Really? I like that album better than Discovery.

I'll look into OK Cowboy. Thanks for the recommendation.

yeah i was stupidly critical about human after all when it came out, but it has aged well. i also like it better than discovery. it has this very monochromatic, pessimistic vibe going on as opposed to the colorfulness of the other two albums. and i'm into pessimism.  :yabbse-angry:

It had a little Fiona Apple-y feel to it, just not as layered, and not as compelling as Knives...
