Hey look atleast the conversations changed now even if it is about Ryan Reynolds  :bravo:

Yes

I like how the thread had genuine news of a screening few pages back but you wouldn't know because of the defensiveness of fans about Alana's casting and subsequent Ryan Reynolds discourse.

Everything is circular, so we're approaching the Ben Stiller discussion again

...screened for select critics and journalists last week. Word so far is positive.

(Surprised this didn't ping on any of the radar screens at PTACC  (PTA Command Center))

It may have screened, but again, always take Clayton Davis with a giant grain of salt. I have no idea why Variety hired him.

Remember when this guy guaranteed a date and time that the Inherent Vice trailer would premiere and was off by weeks?

Yes

Clayton Davis is a fool but it did in fact have screenings recently

Lots of Bees

Just saw the trailer in front of Dune (which was so awesome, big crowd, great to see a theater packed especially when a PTA trailer is playing) - and they cut the line about touching the boobs too. And they had a few extra shots I hadn't seen - couple kids climbing down a staircase, packing into the back of a truck, walking behind Alana... they looked great but I was mad at myself cause I didn't realize what was happening until a couple new shots had already flown by.

Also - Ik this probably still will not make money, but I was really pleasantly surprised to see it included in a lineup otherwise entirely made up of blockbusters (Matrix, Batman, new Michael Bay movie, and that Ryan Reynolds movie were the only other trailers)

Yes

Seeing Dune tomorrow. Excited. Hope I get it (not seeing in IMAX, regular screening). Didn't get it with Last Duel. It's also supposedly playing with French Dispatch

The trailers are so awful lately—Eternals, Black Phone—it'll be nice to see this again

Has anyone put together a photo gallery of all the bts pics of filming yet ?

Would be a cool thing to see uploaded while we're waiting for new stuff.

Can't wait to see Bradley Cooper go double-squeegee on a massive Imax screen. Who needs sandworms?

Interesting, I saw the trailer at Lincoln Sq IMAX in front of No Time to Die, and it was the full trailer with the boobs line.

PTA's movies need that awards buzz to do well, this will probably be no exception!

Yeah, this is what I've been saying. It's just not an effective trailer. I get that he doesn't want to give too much away and that's admirable but in doing so, he's sacrificed most people giving a shit.

All his films have awards buzz, which is why they're always released at the end of the year.

Everyone watching it will know what it is at its core. I don't understand what plot details it has to give away to make people more courious about it. The trailer isn't mysterious at all actually
