do u buy movies just for buying them or only if u really like them?  i use to just buy them...but that's how decent movies like "the negotatior" and kevin smith's whole collection got into my DVD collection.  it sucks when you only have about 100 movies and 5% are a director you hate.

Both. I don't get out to the theaters as much as I used to, so I blind buy the movies I would have seen, since tickets prices and DVD prices are about the same. If I don't care much for them, I resell them for store credit at my local used records/CDs/DVDs store. Then for movies I really liked, I have to have them for the rewatch and extras value.
