During the commentary track, Liman mentions something about a "second disc," so I don't doubt it. There's a lot of stuff mentioned that was shot, but not included in the deleted scenes. Great commentary track though. Liman talks about how he still isn't able to shake his guerrilla filmmaking techniques, which came in handy for the budget constraints.
