This is Beulah's last cd they put out before they broke up.  Miles(lead singer) just got a divorce from his wife, and ultimately she was the death of his brilliantly underrated band...So, the clever title of "yoko" was given to this record...Pure brilliance, i'm not kidding, if heaven exists i know Beulah is one of the few bands that are playing there, you should check it out mogwai, and let me know what you think...Also, like i said, "The Coast Is Never Clear" is also great.

Yeah, Beulah is pretty amazing  That song Emma Blowgun's Last Stand is amazing... Neil, are you into other Elephant 6 bands (Of Montreal, Olivia Tremor Control, NMH etc.)?   Speaking of which:

Of Montreal - Satanic Panic in the Attic

One of my favorite CDs.

Sorry if this should be a PM, but, i love NMH, and Jeff is a genius...As For of Montreal, oh shit, what can i say, just amazing...I like elephant 6, it's a really underrated label...That's just my opinion...as for Olivia tremor control, my friend has all their Cd's, i dig them, but unfortunately i don't have any of their Cd's, i thought about it though, Which do you prefer i buy first?

i wish i could find a vomiting emoticon

i thought you just hated adams solo?

There are a few whiskeytown songs that only bring me to the brink of nausea, not quite full on projectile vomiting...but all in all i can't stand that scruffy bastard. and its not just his "image" or public persona...its defnitely his overrated music.

The afterlife's not going to go well for you when you die and find out that God is a big Ryan Adams fan.
