My first DVD purchase in quite some time. A Blockbuster near me is closing tomorrow, so I got most of these for $4.99, and a couple for $3.99.

Nope those are the covers. i really love them because they're so minimal. not the modern obvious shit, with gay blurbs that ruin the art. that's all you find in most covers these days. It's similar to most of the european releases that way; which I usually like more.

Futureshop has been doing a promo thing called 12 weeks of disney, they're halfway done. it's blu ray releases in Steelbooks. pretty sweet. here are a few of the designs:

which reminds me, the monsters inc sold out nationally in 5 mins... i spent a while looking for it because i i missed out on it at my closest store, i guess some call of duty midnight sale was on. so people went in last night and snagged a bunch. there were a ton of "UP"s at the store though. much bigger print i guess, since it's a new release.

but good news for other canadian xixaxers that are interested. i found that the kingston ontario store has a bunch. I guess they're outta the loop there. I got a buddy of mind to pick it up who lives there.
