Here is a discontinued Region 1 DVD (along with bad cover art)


There is one available from EPI listed on dvdaf.com, but I can't find any details.  Maybe a bootleg?

my cover art looks different.  it has catherine deneuve's face in seven different poses from the handle of a blade to the tip, and it says 'the nightmare world of a virgin's dreams becomes the sreen's shocking reality!'

and underneath in big scary red letters it says 'REPULSION', and there is an eyeball in the R.  good stuff
