Looks good. Like I hoped, Carana's authenticity for fighting would help her immensely with the role. She may be stretched out for a few dramatic scenes, but considering it looks like she is playing a type of Jason Bourne (a steel version of a human being) she should have no trouble. Also, Emma Thompson said acting in film was based on looks of concentration. For her character and what she represents, she seems to do that well too. Unless Soderbergh gets stupid with pacing and editing, Carana should be fine. Also, the action scenes look physical and very impressive for a genre that needs a tougher pulse.

It's still probably going to be an action film and appeal to people like me who love action, but for a January release, I think it will be a lot of fun and easy on the eyes.

Straight to video is exactly what I thought while watching this trailer.. if the name sodonebergh wasn't attached I'm sure you'd all think the same thing. His other outbreak movie also looked utterly trite and conventional although at least that had high caliber talent on show.

And speaking of talent, I don't care how many crunches this guy chick does every morning, that's not sexy. Call her a (literally) strong female character and fresh new face but hot she is not
