Innocence-Debut Film By Gasper Noe's Wife

I just saw this french film last night called 'Innocence'.  Really well done picture by Gasper Noe's Wife Lucile Hadzihalilovic. Actually dedicated to Gasper, anyway. It's a very creepy film. One of those that just sucks you in and doesn't let go. It's basically a look inside an unusual boarding school for young girls. It has a disturbing tone throughout the film that is hugely evident in Lynch's films. Really impressed with it, one of the freakiest films I've seen in a while. Unfortunately, there is no region 1 of it. But if you come across, it's certainly a rent if you have a region free dvd player.

I've been waiting for this to come out on DVD for ages. It looks wonderful.

This is definitely a good film; for some/many I have no doubt it will be GREAT, though it didn't quite fall into that category for me. To my mind it manages the seemingly impossible feat of being excessively mysterious/elliptical AND excessively blatant simultaneously. Just for the stunningly beautiful visuals and interesting concept alone though I'd certainly recommend it.
