The Coens and Clooney
Star set for another Coen brothers flick.

George Clooney is planning yet another project with filmmaking brothers Joel and Ethan Coen. According to a report on Empire Online Clooney will direct a new comedy written by the siblings called Suburbicon.

They quote Clooney as saying, "I'm going to do a comedy with Joel and Ethan in around a year.  I really like working with them and I like doing comedy with them."

"They offered me a part in Suburbicon a long time ago, and since then decided they have other projects they want to work on," he told the site. "So I called them up and said 'How about me taking a spin at it?' Because it's a really interesting, really funny, very dark comedy." No other details on the project are known.

Clooney has collaborated with the Coens on O Brother, Where Art Thou? and Intolerable Cruelty. He is also attached to Hail, Caesar!.
"Don't think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it's good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art." - Andy Warhol

i'm disappointed and relieved that the coens aren't directing this.
Christopher Nolan's directive was clear to everyone in the cast and crew: Use CGI only as a last resort.

Whats the story? Anyone know?
\"I wanted to make a film for kids, something that would present them with a kind of elementary morality. Because nowadays nobody bothers to tell those kids, \'Hey, this is right and this is wrong\'.\"

I was hoping for "Blood Simple II: Visser Lives," starring M. Emmett Walsh, John Goodman, Frances McDormand, Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeff Bridges and Catherine Zeta Jones.
