Kate just graduated college, started a new job, and is moving into a new apartment with her best friend, Clara. Everything seems to be going just fine. But things soon come to a halt. Her world is suddenly filled with a paralyzing sense of anxiety and dread. Something has changed, and it's gnawing at her. She's become prey to a world filled with suffocating, terrorizing paranoia. The Red is about a life plagued with overwhelming dread and fear. It's a thriller about the things we can't outrun in life, the terrors we can't escape but have to face.

Directed by Antonio Campos (Simon Killer, Afterschool)
Release Date - May 2, 2013

Ok that was confusing..  Borderline is the name for the group of people who made the film.

Is that a really well known company or something?

I just spent too long thinking that you meant the film is a feature which borders on being a short film.  then tried to find the running time while wondering why this piece of information was important enough to be in the topic heading but not anywhere in the content of the post. the ridiculously generic title of the film didn't help either.

I actually am interested in the synopsis, I've felt like that before. reminds me of Repulsion.

borderline is a large indie production company, based out of america, and famous for things like afterschool and martha marcy and etc. they are nice to each other and work as a team. when i saw simon killer, antonio campos was with his brother, and his brother is about to make a feature as well

you got a chill one from your aussie land: http://www.bluetonguefilms.com
