That sums up the film.  Its well-done and the performances are good, but it doesn't do anything we haven't seen before.

There's something sweetly disturbing about this film that had me quite captivated. Ravi's right. Nothing we haven't seen before It has some great character actors doing above average performances. Patrick Wilson continues to impress me with characters that are layered and multifaceted. If you are a fan of the x files there's a certain cigarette smoking man in this that is creepy as ever. Anne is amazing as always but that is a given.
