I think it's a good thriller. But I like it a lot because it scared the shit out of me when I saw it first because: a) I didn't know what a snuff film was and that was horrible enough on it's own; and b) because it has a nice story with great characters, nothing too exagerated, no major twists or anything, it makes it feel authentic and that makes it very scary.

I got this edition quite cheap from a spanish store (dvdgo.com), among the extras there is a short film "Himenoptero" that Amenabar made in the university.
