Most of the shorts are really great and a lot of them reference eachother very very subtly.  The two most brilliant casting decisions were Bill Muray with RZA & GZA and Roberto Benigni with Steven Wright (Strange to Meet You).  

What makes this different from most movies that are like this is that the shorts are actually really short.
