sorry for the double post y'all, but what in the hell was up with the Yuri portion of the bowling alley sequence?

Is there some sort of parallel with the opening scene that takes place in Berlin (i still need to go back and rewatch that part).

I really enjoyed the sequence as a whole, I'm just failing to connect the dots.

did Yuri kill that woman and make it look like the man, in the beginning, was responsible, much the same way they coordinated all those Stussy killings?
