Just when you thought the man couldn't get any douchier.

Here's an excerpt from Olivia Munn's book bashing 'the Rat.'  Xixaxers should love it.

that excerpt has no mention of jerking off while eating shrimp.

it also makes her sound weak and insecure.. i mean, the rat is the rat, but in that story she's supposed to convey her strength as an independent woman who doesn't need anyone to make it in this world but the deus ex machina is a "tv heart throb and budding musician" who she calls her SAVIOR for merely interrupting an awkward conversation.  it's also implied they were all drunk/high at a party.  she doesn't seem that smart, really. so i can't trust her story completely.

everyone knows ratner loves to bang chicks. he's a born sleaze who seems to know how to make money, worst combination for a person ever.. but i need to see the actual excerpt about the jerking off in graphic detail before i give this chick -- who i've never heard of.. what is she, some kind of tv host? -- much credibility.

also what is Attack of the Show? seems like a cool candid interview thing about celeb goss without the patheticness of chelsea handler.

Yeah, I mean there's masturbation talk and she mentions him eating something 'gross' but those things aren't going on simultaneously. Maybe the shrimp story is something that's been passed around, or maybe Ratner didn't even read the whole article and he's like "fuck, she probably mentioned the shrimp thing, gotta clear that up."

After watching the 'Attack of the show' interview, I think Ratner might be foreelzies, too. That's a pretty bold move to go on the show she used to host and say " I banged her a few times " so nonchalantly. She's obviously out for blood so the best rebuttal he could have would be to air her dirty laundry on television. I agree that the excerpt doesn't make her look the brightest and she might be holding some prior resentment she's not addressing. I'd rather believe Olivia Munn's story to preserve any fuckability she has in my eyes, but I should probably just give up. I'm sure Ratner's had a lot of conquests that would make sad.

'Tower Heist' Director Brett Ratner Issues Apology for Gay Slur

The filmmaker came under fire after saying "rehearsal is for fags" during a screening of Universal's new film.

Tower Heist director Brett Ratner is known for his candid remarks on everything from his sexual experiences with Olivia Munn to his belief that some fans of the X-Men franchise considered him the "antichrist." But the filmmaker went too far according to many when he said, "Rehearsal is for fags," during a screening of his film on Friday.

On Monday, Ratner released a statement saying, "I apologize for any offense my remarks caused. It was a dumb and outdated way of expressing myself. Everyone who knows me knows that I don't have a prejudiced bone in my body. But as a storyteller I should have been much more thoughtful about the power of language and my choice of words."

Ratner was doing a Q&A session at the Arclight Hollywood after introducing the film to the audience. An audience member asked what rehearsals were like for the film, which stars Eddie Murphy, Ben Stiller and Casey Affleck.

It was then that Ratner responded, "Rehearsal? What's that? Rehearsal's for fags. Rehearsal. Not much. A lot of prep, preparation, complex action sequences, visual effects."

GLAAD quickly condemned the statement, and is now asking for more of a statement from Ratner.

"This apology is a good start, but we're working with Ratner's people for more action, to clearly send a message to Hollywood that the anti-gay slurs used by bullies and bigots have no place in the world of entertainment, or anywhere else," GLAAD wrote in a statement.

Ratner's next gig will be producing the 2012 Academy Awards, which will be hosted by Tower Heist star Eddie Murphy.
