Even Ratner couldn't make that look more ridiculous.

i don't understand why people have so little faith in this after seeing that. LOOK AT THAT FUCKING SNAKE! seriously. that's a good image. a lot of that cg is really impressive. i'm not expecting art. it looks like a potentially good time.

Jake Gyllenhaal's playing a Persian prince.

Haha, yes, he is, BUT I am with picolas on this. Jake Gylenhaal looks like he could actually pull off being a big leading man, which is great for him. He's got a modest charisma that I think is going to make him huge. And the CG looks really imaginative. Even though this looks like the culled together LOTR and Assassin's Creed and Aladdin, I think this would be a fucking blast.
WWPTAD?

I don't care if it's entertainment or art, it just looks boring.

Gemma Arterton lived in my flat before me. Maybe it's the fact she seems like an ordinary real person because i still get her mail that means I can't take her seriously as an actress. I'm not sure it is though.

I still tell people that we sat on her couch and watched her in Quantum of Solace.  Good times!

Yeah, I wish she'd make decent movie though so I can feel good about my tangential brush with celebrity!

ya it's amazing that in the process of beefing him out, he really starts to look uncoordinated.  i keep thinking he's going to stab himself.

It kind of gives him a Star Wars Kid vibe, doesn't it?
