Premise: A boy named Eragon finds a polished blue stone in the forest. At first, he thinks it's a lucky discovery, something that will bring meat to his poor family for the winter. Instead, it brings a dragon hatchling, and Eragon is soon thrust into a world of magic and power through which he and the dragon must navigate.
an epic fantasy based on a popular book series starring an unlikely young protaganist? it'll never work! who wants to see a movie like that?
I had to see this movie today.
This movie reminds me of Oregon, oregano, Aragon, and Sergio Aragones.
it holds a whopping 13% on the tomatometer
Overheard review of Eragon today:
"It's really good... it's something you have to see at the movies... because of the dragons"
