Okay, you and Wilson are stuck on a desert isle, and before the plane sinks, you grab these ten discs to listen to on your solar powered CD player. If felt, you may explain why you chose to save that particular disc. (Double albums will count as one, but box set will count as the number of discs)

Ben Folds makes me hate myself when I try to play the piano, he's so good. Rocking The Suburbs has some beautiful stuff on it.
I have no idea what I'd take to a desert island, because I know I'd eventually get tired of it. I think I'd prefer to take a guitar or piano, because that would get rid of a lot of the limitations, plus it would give me something to do. I'd be a damn fine musician by the time I was rescued.
Vines - Highly Evolved
Coldplay - Parachutes
Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers
Stones - Let It Bleed
Stones - Beggars Banquet
Stones - Exile On Main St
Pink Floyd - Animals

Well, that's ten... but I'd also sneak in: Led Zep, Radiohead, Ryan Adams, and Aimee Mann.
Oh hell, who am I kidding.... I'd bring ALL the Stones albums.
this will be difficult...
Alice in Chains-Unplugged (listened to it every day completely for at least a year straight)

Radiohead-Ok Computer (tough to pick any, heart pick is the Bends but..)
Tool-Aenima (are they really in the metal genre?!)
Sparklehorse-It's a Wonderful Life (perfect melancholy)
Uncle Tupelo Anthology (pioneers, great collection)
Beatles-Abbey Road (must-have)
Thursday-Full Collapse (need a little raw energetic rock)
Wilco-Yankee Hotel Foxtrot (need my share of challenging records if i'm stuck on an island)
