hot damn. best doc i've seen in a while. in the same vein as the thin blue line, but not as explosive. still, a great take on really shitty police investigations and almost an affirmation of the american judicial system. the ending made me tear up with joy.

so who else has seen it.

It was interesting to see how the system so wholly ensared this kid, and it makes you wonder how often these things happen.  It's pretty good, though nowhere in the league of the director's follow-up:
