Title: Epitafios
Post by: grand theft sparrow on December 08, 2005, 09:23:00 AM
It's been running on HBO Latino for a few months now but now they've subtitled it in English and put it on HBO Signature.  I caught the first episode last night.  One of the most engrossing first episodes of a show I've seen.  Off the top of my head, only Lost tops it in that category (oddly enough, the show runs EXACTLY at the same time Lost is on so if anyone is looking to fill the time with something else until new Lost episodes start up, this is the show to do it with).

A cop follows an anonymous tip to a house and finds a dismembered body, as well as two empty graves with headstones: one for him, one for his ex-partner and a psychologist, all of whom were involved in a botched hostage rescue years before.

It's like Seven with a touch of Saw (which isn't a bad thing, though it sounds like it is) in Spanish.

The producer worked with us before. Its the biggest production company in Argentina. They did really good, and now they are producing a new show for HBO.
