Title: XTC

Does anyone here enjoy XTC besides me?

Official Website (http://www.xtcidearecords.co.uk/)

They've been around Britain since 1976.  They're still kind of around but I haven't heard any of their newer stuff.  Their 80's material is really strong Post-Enlightenment power pop.    I think Andy Partridge is one of the great songwriters.  I don't think they're as well known as they probably should be.  They wrote/recorded consistently strong material through the better parts of two decades.

i like Life Begins At The Hop, Generals And Majors and Making Plans For Nigel best.  they're totally underrated 80's pop.
