have any of you heard of Richard Swift?
i think its just a matter of people hearing his stuff and he will be popular.
so far he has only released an EP called The Novelist, as well as, two 7"s.
His You're Lying 7" released this year probably contains two of the best songs of this year.

he just released an album that was recorded before the Novelist and is combining them together to sell on a new label.
here is his site:

there are a few songs you can listen to there.
if you look at the bottom right there is a link to his old site and i think you can download mp3's of a few of the Novelist songs.
his 3 releases so far are available here:

Swift just released another 7" and another is to be released soon. he also has an electronic music album (under the name "the instruments of science and technology") coming out in April. here is the myspace for the release where you can hear some clips. there also is a link to his other myspace for his other stuff.
