I recently got a satellite dish and now we get an Arabic channel, MBC. I watched one of the music video programs the other day, which had some pretty good music. I particularly like Amr Diab. Anyone here into Arabic music? It usually has a great beat and good use of strings.

Bellydancing's cool. you might want to do a search on Soulseek or whatever P2P program you use and look up for songs that have the word Habibi (Sweetheart) in it.

And although this isn't exactly Arabic, get a song from Panjabi MC called Mundian To Bach Ke. That was the hit of last summer in the Middle East.
