I don't think that was Jon. Here's a breakdown of the band w/Beck I found on Beck's board:

Justin Meldal-Johnsen - Bass
Joey Waronker - Drums
Greg Kurstin - Keyboard, Vibes
Jason Falkner - Elec. Guitar

Jason Falkner is the guy who played guitar on Paper Tiger and Little One on Sea Change.

beck was on conan last night, the episode is reairing right now on the east coast, on comedy central, they should be on in like 30 mins.
