I like the first Airplane. Caught it on TV the other day and it was hiLARious.
If memory serves, the Zuckers weren't involved directly in Airplane II...??
well i dont see how theyre any more random than anything else on here. it is a FILM DISCUSSION forum. i thought they would make for interesting debate. perhaps im wrong, so thanks for pointing that out.
Top Secret! is better than all of these listed.
No love for Kentucky Fried Movie ?
currenly a dead run between a, tng, hs and 3 x 2 x 1 = how many possible answers there are to these.
I saw Jerry Zucker speak a few weeks ago. He did one of the commencement addresses at UW-Madison and I was there to hear it. It was very good.
The Zucker/Zucker/Abraham combination originated here in Madison.
I like Airplane

Wasn't Nordberg originally in Police Squad? The tall guy whose face we never see.
Too bad OJ killed those 2 people. His film career could have been wonderful

So today I got to hear a lecture from Jim Abrahams about the rules of comedy. It was very funny and the lecture was small so it seem personalized. Sitting behind me (whose hand I shook) was his daughter, she might attend the school next year. Wow, was she attractive.

Did you ask her: Ever seen a grown man naked?
you like - movies about gladiators?
you ever hang out at the gymnasium?
unnecessary but i couldnt resist...
we watched that clip though.
We saw some scenes of Airplane compared to the same scenes in Zero Hour.

Source: Hollywood Reporter Tuesday, June 29, 2004
The Hollywood Reporter posted the following:
"Spoofmeisters Jim Abrahams and Pat Proft have set up "Balls of Courage" at Universal Pictures. The two will write the screenplay, which Abrahams will direct.
Exact details are being kept under wraps, but the comedy will tackle various genres of film, particularly those of the high-testosterone action genre."
