Title: the kid with a bike. (has absolutely nothing to do with PREMIUM RUSH)
Post by: chere mill on March 31, 2012, 07:21:58 PM
just got back from this film after awaiting it's release for months. as expected, the dardenne brothers do not disappoint. it's a masterpiece. very consistent with their previous work in theme, style, and most importantly, emotional impact. absolutely devastating and profound in it's simplicity. the dardennes can do no wrong in my book.

I never noticed this thread, but i saw the Dardennes' movie last May or so. I agree, it was a masterpiece. Emotional without being melodramatic. Perfecting balancing of tone. I loved it a lot.

Premium Rush just looks dumb, but polka's description makes it sound less so.
