Last summer I went on a camping trip and took my Hi-8 camera with me. My friend used the time to do some biking, meanwhile, I took some footage of him a few hours a day for fun.

For his birthday this year, I had put together a DVD package of the film, a framed contact sheet, and a signed postcard.

I thought I would share this for now, I may upload a web-friendly version of the short "film" soon, and perhaps get some pictures of the DVD packaging which is printed on transparencies & clear plastic was used for the casing.

You could have posted a million references to that same design layout, however, our concept is a little different using a folded transparency that connects "as we go up" - "we go down", and a third transparency for the type fills. Sometimes you work through so many solutions, as we did, and at the end you realize your idea has been "done". And sadly to say, Milkfed were not the first to pioneer that. Regardless, it never stopped them from putting out the idea/solution that is best for the project at hand. Same idea here I suppose.

Thanks for the post, I hope you checked out some of the video at least, that's the main portion of it!
