I'm gonna keep checking tvguide.com to find out. I loved it when he was on there talking about Pulp Fiction. I've seen 7 times
i saw the kill bill trailer on TV
i heard he was going to be on leno (ugh) tonight, monday 9-28-03.
That's right. Lookin' forward to it!
*Dons his protective gear, consisting of earplugs, a tarp to shield him from the spit shot out of Leno's mouth, and a bag of Doritos (in the event that Jay decides to attack him) and thinks optimistically that the Tarantino interview will be insightful, entertaining and most of all--short.*

"i heard he was going to be on leno (ugh) tonight, monday 9-28-03." Monday is the 29th .
drunk as a goddamned skunk.
damn, was i too late with my thread?
0-2 on tarantino interviews where i actually got some insight into KB, not that i would really expect it out of the leno show but i was hoping.
and this appearance just cemented my dislike for tarantino, got i really cant stand him, but i sure do love his films.
The Playboy Interview was somewhat insightful.
that's only because you liked what came before and after it, perv.

Ummmm... is this a joke?
QT is not on this link... it says tonights show is:
A LOOK AT THE MLB PLAYOFFS with
TIM MCCARVER, Fox Sports
MARTIN SMITH, Producer and Writer,
Frontline, "Truth, War and Consequences"
MICHAEL LEMONICK
Author, "Echo of the Big Bang"
and I did a search for Tarantino there and the last result was in '97

When I posted the link Uma was the guest, maybe they rescheduled or something.
I looked on tvguide.com and they still say that he's coming on. ???

Charlie Rose
60 mins.
Uma Thurman and director Quentin Tarantino discuss the movie "Kill Bill."
Release Year: 2003
I can only assume it's a last minute change... one that wouldn't necessarily be corrected in TV Guide.
I can only assume that it will NOT be on tonight... who knows better than the show?
too bad
QT is on Connan tonight?

CR just said that QT couldnt come because he has the Flu and that Uma will be on Friday. he also said QT will come back on a later date
Uma Thurman is on Letterman tonight
Crap, I missed the Charlie Rose interview, alright?. I hope it is on the DVD.

I saw it.
It was good. He had lots to say about stuff that influenced this film.. It felt more intimate than I've seen Quentin too.. Charlie asked him about Inglorious Bastards and Quentin described it as "climbing Mt. Everest".. not sure if he wants to do that.. but FF Coppola's wife influenced his decision to go forward in the prime of his career and do it anyway.
Quentin mentioned something about possibly shooting a little 5 week project in between KB and IG though.. That made my ears go up..
Here's the audio version of the interview

I'd like to thank you for 2 things, Quoyle:
1. The audio version of the interview.
2. Changing your avatar so it wasn't Shipping News related. (I HATED that movie)
What type of file is this audio?
RAM - Real Audio.
hey anyone wanna type it out? :o
Yeah, PLEASE.

You're welcome! LOL, sorry you didn't like The Shipping News, Cinephile. But I'll be back to it soon enough.

Aw Jesus Christ.....
Really, it's nothing against you.. I hated that movie. It's just hard to accept the fact that there's a guy named Quoyle with a Quoyle avatar on Xixax. It's hard to not read your posts and say, "boy if I ever met that guy, I'd sure spit in his face for this Shipping News stuff..."
Anyway, yeah, no offense...
i guess i shouldnt rent the shipping news
The book is pretty decent Duderino, but the movie.....blech.
Shot in Canada.
Need we say any more?
yeah, I know some good flicks have been shot here, Altman is a good example, but still, I just wanted to make a joke, so chill out.
I guess I'm a lone defender of the movie...and the character. Although I do think the book gives more insight into the character itself than the movie. I go from character to character sometimes, so I probably won't always stick with Quoyle.
I think he's on Kilborn tonight.

full episode.
id say that's the gist of it, yeah.
When I watched Marie Antoinette you could tell he was taking cues from her French period piece except blowing everything out of the water, like how his card game scene became the one to top them all

really? it was the most boring scene in the movie, sent me to sleep twice and when i woke up the second time i couldn't believe they were still talking. i guess it did top them all. most boring fucking card game since Casino Royale With Cheese.
