"The Exorcist" sounds better than both of them.

And the "The Rat Pack" sounds much more menacing than "The Rat Back".

Disagree if you must, but that's my opinion.

We actually have The Magnolia Cafe here, that's why I mentioned it... I'm sure there are a lot of them since Magnolia is a popular street name.  (though none of our Magnolia Cafes here are on Magnolia)
