Best Screenplay: ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND (Charlie Kaufman)

The Aviator
Before Sunset
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
I Heart Huckabees
Living life big time

I can give Kaufman this one.  It was a great screenplay.  No film was more creative as far as pure writing goes.  And that's a cool picture, too.

This is the category where Eternal Sunshine deserves the win... no arguments... I think I even voted for them... although I find Sideways to be an excellent screenplay too
