how long until beta sp and how much?

I have a 16mm print that's been accepted into the Denver International Film Festival, but the only way they can screen it is in Beta SP.  Since the festival is only weeks away, I'm wondering how quickly this can be converted to the format, and what the cheapest places are for doing this.  Any help greatly appreciated!  I'm freaking out right now, since this is the first film I've shot and the first festival I've ever been accepted to.    :-D

Depends where you are. I would think that if you were able to shoot 16mm and make a 16mm print you should be able to find a place that does video transfers. Perhaps the same lab you did your prints at...

Yeah. The cost just depends on the length of your movie. Be sure to bring your own Beta SP tape, because most labs will charge you an arm and a leg for them.
