unfortunate this one flew under the radar, because it's a helluva good movie. excellent performances, solid script, only problem was the climax. and buff ethan embry. i was so into it until the finish line, where it fumbled the ball, but i'll let that slide for what precedes. the two leads play really well off each other and its depiction of gentrification felt spot on as did other covered topics. check it out whenever it comes to stream/dvd
