Title: Magnolia on IFC
Post by: BrainSushi on May 25, 2003, 08:21:56 PM
Magnolia is going to be on IFC!!! I don't know when, but they included it in the montage for the "Escape From Hollywood" commercial. I'm sure most of us own it, but I'm excited anyway. It's about time IFC showed this movie.

nope. but i did see a horizontal giant billboard version just outside the city, and tons of vertical busstop ones.  they read the same though, and only bill TOM CRUISE and JULIANNE MOORE.  still cool though.

the posters read...

Life.
Death.
Love.
Betrayal.
Redemption.

All in one day.

I actually kinda like that better than:

"Things fall down. People look up. And when it rains, it pours."

Not that I thought that was a poor tagline to begin with.

MAGNOLIA

sounds like a tagline for a soap opera.

If I see 1 in my area, I'll break the glass and get one of them out.  Would anyone be interested in buying it?

Now ifc's playing a trailer they made for the movie. I think it's very well done - another thing Greg might look into putting on the site.
