You remind me of me in high school.  Except that I would never be caught dead quoting Garbage.

is that an insult, or just an observation?

It's meant as an observation, but some people who went to highschool with me might consider it an insult.

The Velvet Underground are my third favorite band.
But, if you want sad songs by the Beatles try: "Helter Skelter" or "Yer Blues" or "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" or "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" or "Eleanor Rigby" or "Dig A Pony" or  "A Day In Life" or "Long Long Long". Or not. :(

I've never been as much as a fan of Paul's solo stuff. George and John...they put out some very high quality material. Ringo...I remember laughing at his pizza hut commercials when I was about ten.

I love the Imagine Memorial in Central Park. It makes me almost cry.

"Live and Let Die" is the best James Bond song ever. :(

It's good stuff, but sometimes it's hard to love it... Band on the Run is good, and Live and Let Die is good, but some of Paul's stuff is like circus music... I'm not sure what to think...

Beg to differ, "Goldfinger" with Shirley Bassey is.

Ok. "Goldfinger" is the better James Bond theme, but "Live and Let Die" is the better song.

I prefer the Stones.  They're unpolished, dirty, controversial, and had drug problems.

I almost forgot that The Beatles didn't do drugs, nor hint at any controversy throughout their years.  Especially John, he was the most straight and narrow of the four.

phil marlowe

love the beatles. allways loved the beatles.

magical mystery tour IS my childhood and IS the most underrated masterpiece ever.

...and i do find it sad if people dislike them for "lack of controversity".

...and if you will excuse me, i will go jack off to a foldout poster of john lennon wearing a thong.

You're being sarcasic right?

another sad song: Happiness is a Warm Gun, half happy anyway.  I shit my pants when michael moore used it in coulumbine.

Radiohead has said many times that this was a direct influence on paranoid android.
Guess that means i'm back on zigzag!
Movies before 1930 suck

In a good way or a bad way?
