Honestly, the movie looks like it might hold together. Maybe not as an adaptation of such a revered novel, though, as I've not read the book. As a Baumbach 'big-budget' it looks kinda cool.

Wow! If I knew that quote was from White Noise, I had forgotten. Milo cites Jean Genet, Bob Kaufman, and so many writers that I took that mantra and internalized it for years without realising it was from this novel.
