this is in my opinion the best live version of "mogwai fear satan" by mogwai... feat. wonderful bits of noise after the song.

hey mogwai (person), what are mogwai's (band) more upbeat songs? i like them the most when they play things like The Sun Smells Too Loud.

Did anyone catch Mogwai's performance on the Jimmy Kimmel's show? I can't see it online because of divided nazi region rules. I was hoping someone could rip a video of it. Cheers.

It's on Jimmy's site:

Skip to Chapter 6, at 36:24, to catch the song. (posted by a US citizen on a Mogwai discussion forum).

ohhhhhh Christian used to be Mogwai....i just figured this out....
"The myth by no means finds its adequate objectification in the spoken word. The structure of the scenes and the visible imagery reveal a deeper wisdom than the poet himself is able to put into words and concepts" – Friedrich Nietzsche

I changed my name to my real name because I was a wee bit sick of the previous name. And also because I was disappointed of their album "The Hawk is Howling" which came out in 2008. I've grown to like some of the songs but as a whole it sounds like their second album "Come on die young". Which is their best in my book and "Howling" sounds a wee bit like a light version of that (no pun intended for Mogwai hardcore fans). I recognise Mogwai as Radiohead, the kind of bands that likes to rediscover themselves within every album they release. But with "Howling" they sound like they were too lazy to even bother do something. Which may sound a bit harsh because it's only one album I kind of dislike by them. Hm... Anyway, I also wanted to people to discover them by their name, not by my alias and maybe it would be a wee bit confusing when there's a person posting about a band with the same name. :ponder:
