Starring The Bees
A truffle hunter who lives alone in the Oregonian wilderness must return to his past in Portland in search of his beloved foraging pig after she is kidnapped.

Yes

I don't want to be that person but yeah, unaffected by this. Nonplussed. Nic Cage is naturally great, it goes without saying he uses his body like a physical canvas unlike anyone else. But the unfolding of plot was inorganic, mannered to a fault, moments of oddity puncture the structure but come off unauthentic. I simply don't buy this underground seedy fight club for chefs. The attempts to reflect the characters muddy history with Cage's fading persona as actor wasn't particularly insightful

I agree, especially regarding the fight club thing. A friend commented about the film, "Much like truffles themselves, overrated."
