Best/Worst Remakes

PI was more cool in concept and style to me. i still dont know what the hell he's trying to do in the film though, i like the old guy, the only optimist in the film, the jew too, well theres not many hints of optimism but he is certainly a people person, thats good to see. was arnofsky trying to show by the end that there are patterns in nature, and even this guys story has a pattern in nature, i like that idea, it wraps it all around my head a little easier. i'm sure theres a lot we dont know about pi, i dont want to get started on pi though, this is a ..wait what forum is this?oh yeah remakes, thats right  sorry macguffin.
