I panicked and placed too many Vinegar Syndrome orders, then saw the shoutbox links and just got annihilated by Kino, too. Took jenkins' rec of Mauvais Sang and also nabbed Straight to Hell, which I can thank Reelist for reminding me of.

If July's Criterion sale still happens at this point it's just going to be Come and See.

no i haven't seen them as in watched them but i mean i complimented that one line in the screencap from In the Cold of the Night and Corruption is titled Corruption so it's as promising as anything else on Vinegar Syndrome. it's a deliberately outrageous distributor and that's the healthy mindset to maintain when watching their movies. oh, they know

i had only seen Mauvais Sang in the theater and had it on a flashdrive

i spent, you know, something like the cost of two annual streaming services to buy movies because sales took place. well when this is all over and i have to pick some excellent streaming service at least i'll have backup. currently i think hulu will be my only free trial during the plague. in december though, that's usually when i do a free trial. so i'll go again. i never watched Devs as i've mentioned

Since garage sales aren't allowed, everyone's just been leaving their shit out by the street. So, today I picked up the first 7 seasons of 'Curb'... from the curb. Also, 'Howl's Moving Castle' and a 4 disc 'Gone With the Wind' still shrinkwrapped 

Film Movement sale. so now i ordered two of those (after being choosy)
