a mechanical middle finger on a car

the other day i got ticked off while driving and my mind recalled a little scene from some movie. something tells me it may be Howard the Duck, but anywho.......someone gets cut off and then they have this huge mechanical hand with the middle finger up that they flip up.........anyone??

now for some reason i'm thinking it may have been on Teen Wolf Too.
i remember the randomest of things.
