I noticed many members' avatars have disappeared along with my own.  What happened?

Old avatars got lost when we updated the board software. In all that time spent waiting for your nuts to grow, you could have simply uploaded a new one.

I just miss being able to have animated gif avatars.

They can be cool--but for me only for, like, the first 15 viewings.  I ended up turning off avatars on the old board for that reason.

Yeah, I'll be honest, I have definitely used Adblock to block a few specific avatars.
