Did you know before that you're obsessed with penises, or is this new information to you?
:o
a girl told me the same thing
Maybe it just means Jerusalem is obsessed with penises.

I really like your drawing style, cron.
charcoal is a hard medium to be in control of.
All possible penis jokes aside, I really like your Hitchcock drawing.
thanks a lot eloquentpilgrim and walrus. i like charcoal ever since i first used it. i'd say the trick in using it is to dissociate its use from a pencil's. last week i tried to do some self-portraits but i ended up looking like a bum and a wizard. i hope i do some decent stuff in the summer.
The approach with using charcoal is also very different than using a pencil, even though there are the charcoal pencils and it makes you want to hold it accordingly, you must keep your hand from touching the paper and... yeah, I understand, though. I haven't fucked around with charcoal in some time, but looking at your art has inspired me to do so. Your work is motivational.

Looks good to me.
You should paint for Criterion.
For instance:
(https://xixax.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi15.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fa369%2Franemaka13%2Fwatercolors.jpg&hash=7737f67a96a734251b054e337b7c07ce9238428a)
It'd fit alongside Jules et Jim and Throne of Blood, I think.
I really still hate the C.
actually, this is the only time it doesn't feel out of place.
i can even imagine the movie that would go along with the cover and title. slightly green just took the criterion parody schtick to a whole new level.
previous contenders.. (starting with my personal fave)

I've never been sadder to have missed something.
i just participated in a contest to win tickets to bjork. i had to draw her with the body of a bird. they'll let me know if i win tomorrow
:yabbse-undecided:
i tried to do it in the vein of what 's going on with her artwork now. cute and flamboyant but with a sinister capitalist vibe. i stole the body of toucan sam. and those pixels in her head make me think of 'hunter'.
that is all
(https://xixax.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi269.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fjj79%2Flecarlosier%2Fbjorkpajaro.jpg%3Ft%3D1196830171&hash=ebcddb4b06a8efd3a054392df8bbfb3c8e1b7868)
i don't like the angle or the severed limb.
i like the transparency. and the colours are right. uh, all of them.
i woulda super done something else but the deadline is tomorrow and i got the invitation like 2 hours ago.
thanks for the feedback , p. i also don't dig that it's not in the center and the severed limb but i had to work with just one pic of bjork wearing some weird shit.
the concert is this saturday. daanng
if crono wins i'm gonna smash him in the medulla.
so yep, i didn't win, obviously. that's the thing about kitsch shit, you hafta know how to pull it off. :yabbse-sad: meh, you live you learn.
cool thing, tho. they sent us the list of finalists and the third place is this awesome girl i know from elementary school.
