I just came back from it.  it's a great little documentary.  something very soulful and quirky.  go check it out.

I've been wanting to see this since I heard about it a few weeks ago.  I doubt I'll get to until it hits DVD...which may happen sometime in the future.  Of course, I'm still waiting for Bright Leaves to find a DVD release so I can see it.

Possible spoilers.  I love a good documentary.  They're so nice to just veg out and zone out to.

This one was especially beautiful, life-affirming in a way.  Connor is one cool bird.  Loved the story of Tupelo, so touching, poignant, almost tear-inducing.  Tragic.  Knowing that we're seeing Mark's story through the eyes of Judy makes it even better when all is said and done.  I really loved how both Judy and Mark were able to illuminate the truth of how animals experience emotions just like we do.

Definitely one of my favorite movies of the year (so far).
