Actors and age rules with sex

Hi...i'm casting my film....not a lot of actors in anchorage alaska...there's a 16 year old girl who shows interest...but i'm worried that because there is implied sex in my film (nothing shown) that it could be a problem.  Anyone know about this?

You shoul have contrats for our films, all films, shorts, school projects etc... This will mae everything ore professional, a great resource for this is the book "Feature Filmmaking at used car Prices" by Rick Schmidt.

Wh? Becuse a16 year old actress will require consent by aparent in writing to beable to use their image, not even covering the adult subject matter, and voice on film for any purpose.
