Anna Karenina.

I'm also gonna go ahead and suggest Robot & Frank since The Master is obviously going to win again anyway, and I only saw R&F in late 2013 and thought it would actually qualify for this year. Small film, but I really enjoyed it and felt bad not nominating it for something a year ago. If you haven't seen it you should check it out.
He held on. The dolphin and all the rest of its pod turned and swam out to sea, and still he held on. This is it, he thought. Then he remembered that they were air-breathers too. It was going to be all right.

Pubrick

the list is not conclusive.

i will be personally fighting to make the awards interesting.

a HUGE part of this is up to you people.. if no one gives a shit about technical awards (as i don't) then so be it.. nominate your own strange categories.. you have a few more days before i can fight no longer.. make a case for worst performances, make it like the razzies, name any trend you thought was insane last year, tell me how shit Brad Pitt was in 12 Years a Cunt... and so on.

it's all up to you.

Sleepless, what I listed above is simply what I collected from this thread, not yet adminified. I will add your new suggestions and Lottery's and 03's, and anyone else who pitches in soon.

Looks like I missed your original Hobbit nomination (woops), but since you called it Special Effects I think I get off on a technicality.

And like Pubrick said, if someone is inspired to add a new fun category, perhaps even for something only relevant in 2013 that will never come back, lay it out here.
